AGREEMENT
Please read these Terms & policies ("Agreement") carefully before using snfreightlogistics.com ("the Site"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.snfreightlogistics.com.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site, you agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days after arrival to our U.S. address. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekend and holidays.
SHIPMENT RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Due to the unpredictable nature of weather and Bahamas Customs ever changing procedures; rates and delivery times are subject to change without notice. This is beyond our control. All quotes & charges received are based on rates at time of invoicing .
SERVICES
All services are provided by SN Freight Logistics., a fully licensed Logistics company based in Nassau, N.P. Bahamas. Quotes, payment invoice and receipts will reflect this.
SHIPPING DELIVERY PROCESS
Our process is simple, contact us via our website snfreightlogistics.com by email or phone, get our present ship-to-address, purchase and ship your order with your name/snfreightlogistics. Email us the invoices for processing, then make your payment.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of any services must be sent in writing prior to completion of service. Any goods received will be sold to cover the cost of outstanding fees.
REFUND
SN Freight Logistics has a no refund policy as duties and services rendered cannot be reversed. Please be sure and accurate with your orders and purchases before payment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event of a total loss or misplacement of your order/shipment, being the sole fault of SN Freight Logistics; SN Freight Logistics will purchase replacement of the missing item, or provide a credit limited to the value of the order/shipment towards another shipment. SN Freight Logistics will not provide a cash payment for order / shipment.
FEES & PAYMENTS
All fees must be made/cleared prior to shipping & clearing of your order/purchase/shipment. Failure to do so may result in your order/purchase/shipment not being cleared., shipped or sold to cover costs. For specific shipment items that may require additional scrutiny by Bahamas Customs before billing, clients will be billed on items arrival at facility.
Any items not paid in advance before import and customs clearing, customers have 30 days to make payment and pick up or arrange delivery of item. Failure to do so may result in storage fees (21 days max) or items being sold to cover cost, (storage fees vary from $1.00 - $4.75 per day).
FORCE MAJEURE (Acts of God/Nature)
In the event naturally or unnaturally occurring "Acts of God" conditions, due to the same, SN Freight Logistics can in no way be held responsible for services that cannot be carried out as a result. This includes high winds, rain, hurricanes, hail, snow, earthquakes, floods, mudslide and other such acts.
SAFETY, RESPECT & SERVICE
While SN Freight Logistics do its very best to provide superior customer service and the best freight logistics services in the Bahamas, we will not tolerate discourteous, bad mannered, violent or abusive (verbal or physically) customers. SN Freight Logistics also reserve the right to refuse services to any customer without explanation.
